2. Cooking healthy foods to boost our immune system. We need to get intact full of nutrients, vitamins, minerals that our body needed. Must Choose the most nutritious foods so that our body can fight the deadly Disease.
3. Dancing is a way of exercise & when you dance you feel happy you feel positive. During this crisis self quarantine we need to move our body we need to do something at home to make our mind occupied with positive things rather than thinking 24/7 about the disease it will make us weak when we think too much about the situation.
4. Singing is a positive, music can bring us good vibes, can make us feel better. For me i love singing it makes me feels great inside and out. There are millions of inspirational songs that can help us feel better we can sing to our families, friends, and all the people in the whole wide world by uploading some singing Vlog on YouTube we connect now through social media only so its to to sing. What what i did i upload singing Vlog to let the world know that i am here i maybe one and only crappy singer but the message i sent is what matter the most. I will going to sing more to the world.
5. Take Extra Health Care, double dose your vitamins, if you bylaw one tablet of vitaC before so make it two now. If you eat one banana a day before so make it two or three. If you don’t eat veggies daily before so now its time to eat veggies even its not really your favorite foods.
Consume more fruits because it has lots of vitamins C specially the Guavas, oranges, pineapple, papaya, mango these are not very expensive fruits but absolutely packed full of vitamins & minerals.
6. Cleaning/Organizing/Arranging make your house/room tidy neat and clean while your on self quarantine its good to make our self busy so that our mind will not gonna think about the crisis we need to distract our attention to the situation. Making out self busy is a way of exercising also make us more energetic when we move.
7. Relaxing, so after our busy day doing all things, we can seat down in a corner and relax our body and
mind. Let your imagination go anywhere just let it flow, think about happy life, happy experiences, think about beautiful things, listen mellow music, love songs, inspirational songs. Relaxing our mind and body is a great thing can its healthy.
8. Self Pampering is great during self quarantine. Take a bath for an hour to feel refresh, stay on bath tub have candle light, glass of wine. Make some skin treatment by yourself scrub, moisturize & massage. Do some foot spa soak your toes in a basin put soup massage your fingers. Do some hair treatment by putting some hair spa cream and extensive moisturizer. All these things i need it because i really don’t have a skin routine or i rarely do skin treatment, i sis more on consumption right foods nutritious foods.
9. Exercising at home, this will help our immune system also, being active, make our body move and sweat is super healthy for our body. We all know that if you just seat down all day long for a week it honestly make your body weak, lazy, and tired. So do some bending, push up, walk around the house during self quarantine.
10. Take vitamin D, vitamin sun, you we can go out in the back yard,
Front during sunrise & sunset its so relaxing to just seat down and look the sky feel the warm of the sun, breath the fresh air outside your house. We can also bring some yoga matt and do some meditation, relaxing our body & mind under the sun have some yoga alone it will help our health better.
11. Watch positive shows, funny shows, inspiring shows, shows that make you smile, make you laugh, make you feel better inside out. Smile can heal illness, laughter is the best medicine. And I think my lil way of showing my hilarious Vlog can also make you all smile and laughs.
12. Reading some books, romantic books, inspirational books, books that will feel you better when reading it. Bible is a powerful book to read it has all the hopes all the powerful verses are all there and it’s word of God Almighty the Powerful Healer of all illnesses.
