_Piri Piri/ Cayenne + Garlic powder / Sambhar Masala / Chilli powder – 1-4 tbsp
_Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
_Colocasia leaves – 3
_Plantain -3
For Tempering & Shallow Frying
_Coconut oil – 2 tbsp
_Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
_Sesame seeds – 3/4th tsp
