for women 75 mg (max 2000 mg)
pregnant and breastfeeding women 120mg
men 90mg(max 2000mg)
children 4 to 8 years 45 mg(650mg)
children 1 to 3 years 15mg (400mg)

Ingredients for recipes

garlic chopped 1 tsp
ginger chopped 1 tbsp
medium size onion chopped 1
carrot chopped 3 tbsp
green bell paper Or capsicum 2 tbsp

cabbage 1/2 cup
salt as taste
cornflour 1 tbsp
