These pills are better than the liquid of which I hate the taste of. The pills were just as effective as the liquid. I’d definitely buy these again.
I use to have cod live oil as a child everyday of my life till my 20. Now i”m 73 and was told by my doctor to start taking vitamin A. Since I have my skin has improved and wish I knew this sooner. Pills are large but easy to swallow.
