Easy Activated Almond Dip: Full of Protein, Vitamin E, Magnesium & B Vitamins.

This dip is full of flavor and nutrients. Find out why it’s best to soak your nuts and seeds and how you can incorporate these into your diet. This dip is savory and smooth and resembles hummus, but without the beans! As usual, this recipe is flexible and it’s a great dip to encourage experimentation with spices, herbs, roasted veggies and other favorite flavors. It’s dairy-free and gluten-free. Here’s the ingredient list:
1 cup RAW almonds, soaked
3/4 cup filtered water
1/4 oil (olive or avocado work well)
2 1/2 TBS-ish fresh lemon juice
2 bid spoonfuls of tahini
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
3-4 cloves of peeled garlic
1/2-ish tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
