3. Heavy Russian (Oblique) Twists x 10DC
4. Alternating Snatch x 10
5. Single leg double grip deadlift to flip reverse lunge halo 5/5

Power and Test Full Body Dumbbell Ladder 2:
1. Double Loaded Clean to Press x 10
2. Double Loaded Single arm High Pulls x 10 alternating
3. Low hold concentrated EZ curls x 10
4. Quadruped Pushups and Kickbacks x 5 DC
