**INGREDIENTS

ROASTED GRANOLA

**OATS-1cup
**COCONUT FLAKES-1/2 cup
**COCONUT OIL-3Tbsp
(you can substitute this with, butter)
**ALMOND-5 to7 pc
**WALNUT-3 to 4pc
**DATES-3 to 4pc
**COCONUT SUGAR-3Tbsp
(Any form of sugar can be added)
**MAPLE SYRUP-3tbsp
(You can also use honey)
Salt-a pinch

Mix everything and bake in a preheated oven for 10 mins or until golden in colour

You can store this in a airtight container for 10 to 15 days .Have it as breakfast with milk and fruits.You can use this as topping for any smoothie.

**SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

**JAMUN-1/2Cup
**LITCHI-1/2Cup
**FRESH CREAM-1/2Cup
**FRESH CURD(THICK)-1/2Cup
(Skip cream and curd if on diet or for vegan recipe.You can use oatmilk or coconut milk)
**HONEY/MAPLE SYRUP-2 Tbsp

Take out pulp of jamun and litchi and freeze it for sometime.Blend everything together in a jar and prepare smoothie.Refrigerate it for a while if you like your smoothie chilled.

**FOXNUTS(MAKHANA)-1/2 Cup
***GHEE-1Tsp
Roast the Makhana in ghee until crisp.

**MIXED SEEDS-HANDFUL.
