This Carrot Ginger Smoothie is a great source of strengthing our immunity system. Carrots and lime are packed with vitamin C to give your body the immune boost it needs and ginger is high in anti-inflammatory properties.
coconut oil have miraculous healing power which act as natural antibiotic and also help modulate immunity.

Eat low carb diets, as this will help control high blood sugar and pressure. A low carb diet will help slow down diabetes and focus on a protein-rich diet to keep you in good shape. And regularly consume vegetables and fruits rich in Beta carotene, Ascorbic acid & other essential vitamins. Certain foods like mushrooms, tomato, bell pepper and green vegetables like broccoli, spinach are also good options to build resilience in the body against infections.

Ingredients

Serves 3 glasses

3/4 peeled sweet lime /orange
2 large carrot
1 inch piece fresh ginger, peeled
1 inch piece fresh turmeric, peeled
4/5 dates
2 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp black pepper
2 teaspoons honey
3/4 cup mango
300 ml of milk
Preparation
1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. strain it.

2. Pour into a tall glass, pop in a straw and you’re ready!
