LIVER PEPPER ROAST
INGREDIENTS
Liver-1/2 KG
Small onion or Shallots-1/4 kg
Green chillies -5 no
Curry leaf-a bunch
Cumin-1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder-2tbsp
Coriander powder-1tbsp
Garam masala-1tbsp
Turmeric powder-1 1/2 tbsp
Vegetable oil
Salt for taste
METHOD
STEP1
Heat the pan and pour 2tbsp of any cooking oil and add the cumin seeds.Then fry the finely chopped shallots green chillies and curry leaves.
STEP 2
Add the chopped liver into it and then cook it for 30 mintes.Then add all masalas into it.Pepper powder coriander powder garam masala and trmeric powder.Saute for another 10 minutes add the required amouunt of salt and serve.
