My Fat Burning Supplement Stack | Fats, Carbs & Metabolism

I want to first note that because this stack has antioxidants in it you should take 1 1/2-2 hours or longer before and after a workout for best results. As antioxidants can hinder muscle strength and exercise performance.

Our metabolism is all the chemical actions going on in our bodies to use and convert energy. It breaks down proteins, fats and carbs to use as energy while breaking down and converting chemicals into other substances while transporting them into cells to be used to keep our bodies active, healthy and strong. Metabolic disorders like diabetes cause problems like insulin resistance not allowing this processes to take place properly. Leaving us with unwanted and hard to remove fat, low energy and muscle loss.
