Hi Friends, In this video will see how to make healthy Parrupu Keerai kulambu, which also called Arve Soppu Saru in Kannada , this is an excellent combination with White/Brown Rice with some ghee and papad topped on it or chapati /Roti. Spinach is rich in Vitamin A,C,E. Which would help to fight infections and replenish to give a boost to the immune system .With abundance of vitamins and minerals,it’s certain that it boost your immunity.

Ingredients Required –

Arakeerai /Amaranth – 100 gm
Sukuti keerai/Manathakkali – 100 gm
Toordal /Pigeon peas – 4 Spoons
Masoor Dal / Red Lentil – 4 Spoons
Green Chill- 5
Garlic – 8 Cloves
Curry Leaves- 6 leafs
Red Chilli – 2-3
Mustard Seeds- half spoon
Asafoetida /Ing Powder – 1 pinch
Tomato – 3
Tamarind(Optional)- 1 small piece
Salt – 1 spoon
Oil – 3-4 spoons

Additional Step for more flavor (Optional) –

Add boiled/fried potatoes in the end once start simmering OR
Add fried Paneer Cubes
