INGREDIENTS WE NEED TO MAKE
# Turmeric Banana Apple Smoothie ( Highly Immunity Boosting)
* 1 cup of toned milk
* 1 Banana
* 1 Apple (Medium size)
* Inch of Raw Turmeric or 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
* 12-15 Black pepper corn or 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
* 1 tsp Honey
Take a mixer grinder jar and grind all this ingredient to make a fine smoothie.
You can add few cubes of ice also. Garnish with slice of banana or slice of apple.
# Turmeric Mango Smoothie ( Clear healthy skin)
* 1 cup of Milk
* 1 Mango (cut in slices)
* Inch of Raw Turmeric or 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
* Pinch of Cinnamon Powder
* 12-15 Black pepper corn or 1/2 tsp of black pepper powder
* Inch of Raw Ginger or 1/2 tsp of ginger powder
* 1/2 tsp of Honey ( optional)
Take a mixer grinder jar and grind all this ingredient to make a fine smoothie.
You can add few cubes of ice also. Garnish with Mint leaves or slice of Mango.
