The SARS-CoV2 attacks the body through viral replication, hyper-reactivity of the immune system, and pulmonary destruction. The SARS-CoV2 begins its journey from the mouth or nose and travels into the lungs and enters the alveoli. The spike glycoprotein of the SARS-CoV2 virus binds to the surface of the ACE2 receptors to enter the human cells. The newly replicated viruses travel to the surface of the cell and infect more lung cells. This video explains how the novel coronavirus attacks human once it enters the human system.
