Dosage details of Vitamin D for immunity.

For children:
1 year or below : 1000 iu daily
2 to 5 years : 1000 iu twice daily
5 to 10 years : 2000 iu twice daily
11 to 15 years : 60,000 iu daily for 2 days then 60,000 iu every 10 days for 2 months
16 years to 18 years : 60,000 iu every other day for 10 days, then 60,000 iu every 10 days for 2 months.
Adults : 60,000 iu daily for 10 days, then 1 capsule every week for 6 more weeks.

Covid-19 positive adults: 60,000 iu 3 times daily for 5 days.

Drink 1 glass of water every 30 min (sip slowly)

Eat only 2 meals daily, at 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.

Eat good amount of eggs, lot of ghee, lower carbohydrates. If eating rice, idli, chapati etc, use lot of ghee and reduce the amount of rice.

After 2 months, please check vitamin D level before adjusting the dose to maintain close to 100 ng/ml.

40 ng/ml is the minimum, at which most of the enzymatic processes will be activated. But if we are at the minimum, we can be prone to repeated infections and other chronic illness.

Take Zinc, Vitamin C, Magnesium and other minerals.
