These poached eggs are round in shape, have firm eggs whites with an oozy, golden yellow yolk.

Poached eggs are delicious, healthy, and a great addition to many dishes – breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Eggs are a great source of protein with each egg (large, 50g) containing roughly 6.5g of absorbable protein.

Fantastic for everyone but especially vegetarians as eggs contains high doses of vitamin B12 and iron. They also contain good amounts of B5, Folate, A, D, and selenium.
