I like that these are organic coconut oil and vegan. They came cloudy which totally makes sense since it is made with coconut oil. I hope that these can get my D blood levels up.
Production date was 3 months ago and its expiration is in 2 years so that is good. I was able to get my numbers up with crappy soybean oil based product so this should be better for me and just as effective…I hope.
I cant vouch for effectiveness yet, but plan to use to ease seasonal depression from living in a state with little sunshine…
