Healthy Ragi ladoo

Every one of us around the world are fighting against Covid-19 only by strengthening our immune system.Keeping this in mind I wanted to post something healthier which could help to boost the immunity power. And so I started googling to find the vitamins and compounds that helps to boost the immune system.I have added seseme seeds along with other nuts and dals and tried this ladoo.Just tried but to my surprise it ended up very delicious. Without any delay I had a shoot and now I’m posting this ladoo recipe @Ramithas_kitchen

1.Jaggery – sugar free- Beneficial for diabetes
2.Ragi – Rich in calcium
3.Sesame seeds – Boost immune system(zinc,vitamin B6,Iron,E etc)
4.cashew -Boost immune system- No cholestrol
5.Peanuts- source of good fiber

Ingredients:

Ragi flour – 4 cups
Roasted peanuts – 3 cups
Roasted Gramdal – 2 cups
Cashew nuts- 1 cup
Sesame seeds – 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
Jaggery – 1.5 cups
