This is a fight between hot and cold. The virus is killed by heat. The key is to let your internal body temperature be warm to kill the virus.
Get yourself to sweat by wearing a lot of jackets and warm clothes
drink hot water — was drinking 4 large water bottles of hot water per day
Gargling salt water and baking soda
Sweat a lot
Fever is good — don’t take drugs to fight the fever
Reduce eating sugary and salty foods. Sugar decreases immunity.
Take vitamin c, d, and zinc
Get a lot of sun (look up “John Campbell vitamin D” on this topic)
Foods high in vitamins: salmon, milk, mushrooms, broccoli
Reduce sugar intake since it decreases immunity (pound cake example)
If in hospital, ask them to give you high doses of vitamin d
Don’t take ibuprofen
Do not drink alcohol
