I lowered stars to 4 because these were stuck together and took a bit of effort to break them apart without breaking the softgels. Once I separated them they stayed that way. Small pill size which is nice. I will buy again
As I proceed thru the maturation process… I needed a replacement of D3. My optimal health and wellness doctors office was closed due to the C-virus.
