Season 2; Episode 18. LJ, is from Denver. She is a health and fitness lover but Endo kept striking, learn the steps she took to help reduce her pain and boost her energy!

LJ’s periods started out painful at a young age. She pushed through the pain, graduated high school early, and was off to college at 16 years old, but her pain became all-consuming and she knew something was not right. She began to get into fitness after many late nights in college and lots of snacks. After that, her nutrition followed and she began to feel better, but still had GI issues and reoccurring UTI’s. Listen in to how adding in healthy fats to her life helped her feel better and avoid surgery.
