COVID-19:How to differentiate between the fever of COVID-19 and Enteric Fever

In context of Pakistan especially this is very important to make a difference between the fever of a person suffering either from COVID-19 or Enteric.
Pakistan and india are endemic to enteric fever but at the same time both of these countries are suffering from waves of COVID-19 Pandemic.
