The Sudden-Acute global Spreading of infectious and virulent Coronaviridae strains (SARS, COVID-19) induces a severe pressure on the quality of life and may infect and affect millions of people.
The psychosomatic effects of self-quarantine and/or self-isolation coupled with predisposing factors such as personal and collective unconsciousness, may induce a severe attack on personal physical, mental and cognitive health and wellness.
As so that personal health and wellness is the sole responsibility of the individual, health and wellness coping/management approaches can vary and amount to infinite options.
The key is to seek professional help and guidance from the start, either before or after the onset of what may look or feel like a mental health and wellness issue (which can also be spiritual attacks from dark/evil forces).
In this short Solo Excursion, I go away to spend time alone in the nearby waters (it is ill advised to be alone in the outdoors, please seek help and guidance).
The key takeaway from this clip is the importance of spending time in nature, bathing under the sun (Vitamin D), cooking and eating in pristine views and to maintain the much needed periodic-connection with the self (God, Ancestors, Nature, Creation).
