Tangy ginger pickle does not require any cooking and can be made by kids also. Clean and peel ginger. Cut the ginger into long thin juliennes. In a bowl take the ginger juliennes and a few teaspoonsm( tsp) of lemon juice and then add salt to taste. Store this in a refrigerator.
