I ordered these along with the melatonin gummies. They are easy to to take and taste great. Are nicer on the stomach than other multivitamin.
I am not sure on their effectiveness as it is always hard to tell with vitamins but have a pretty good ingredient profile.
I frequently dont eat as I should, so I like to take a daily multivitamin to cover my bases. I am more inclined to take a supplement when it is chewable.
I dont have a problem swallowing pills, I just prefer a chewable, because its a treat for me. I especially like a fruity gummy. These supplements fit the bill.
They are a pleasant fruit flavor (orange, strawberry, or cherry) without a vitamin taste. I also dont have any unpleasant burps from them. I have no problems digesting them and they do not aggravate my GERD (reflux).
It is difficult to say if a multivitamin supplement helps you or not.
I do have some hair loss that I hope will improve, but it will take months to notice an improvement (I did point this out to my doctor, and my thyroid and blood counts, as well as my general chemistry panel, were good).
I feel fine, and I havent had any sort of illnesses recently. I wont be having any sort of labs done until October, if they show something remarkable, I will update.
I will continue to take these as my daily vitamin because I like them. I keep the bottle next to my chair so I cant forget them (I do not have children or pets in my home that can get to them).
I am going to start taking the Vitaburst brand hair supplement to see if that helps me.
