I really stand by this product. I’m not sure if it’s the supplement alone or a combination.
I have been taking this vitamin for about 3 weeks along with doing intermittent fasting also, where I eat and then fast for 14 hours at night before eating again.
My blood pressure has gradually gotten better and now it’s in complete healthy range.
Great product! I bought this product because I was worried about my Blood pressure. I had a high reading of 160/109 within a couple of weeks I was able to lower it down to 139/87.
I also made sure to adjust my diet. Nothing drastic, a little less salt more greens and more water. I also added a little more activity like walking or extra cleaning.
I overall feel better! I have never been prescribed medication for BP eventhough I get a physical regularly. Hopefully with this supplements and improving my diet and exercise I can continue that.
This is a great product and truly does work. My blood pressure has stayed consistently in the 120/70’s range. Before either medication it was 140’s/90 or on a good day 130’s/80’s. Just take it 1-3 times a day with food.

I like that it worked fast was a little scared of blood pressure problem. I’m a commercial truck driver and I get tested every 2 years. Blood presure went from 155 to 132 overnight.
BP Lower than ever!
I am in the process of trying to get my BP down on my own before I go back to the Dr. in Feb. I know she will want to put me on BP meds, and I so dont want to be on them.
I figured I would have a few months to try to see what I could do–which includes trying to be more active, not adding salt to my diet and taking these capsules.
I am very, very pleased with the results so far. In the 3 weeks I have been taking them I am slowly seeing an improvement. Yay!
