Wonderful k2 I need with it a lot . its worth your buck . there so easy to swallow when taking them they dont havr a nasty after taste wich is great because I wouldnt be buying them if they did . but I see myself buying more soon.

Didn’t expect this to work as well as it did. Thankfully these capsules worked 100%, if it was not for my mom Im not sure what products to get. Thankful for that. Amazing capsules have a bit of a taste, nothing major.
Vitamin k2 helps me in two ways. For one it helps my brain function. Having seizures can damage that brain function. Two, it helps with bone health. I tend to break more bones than I should and k2 really helped me get my bones strength back.
