01 Tadasana (Tree Pose) – The foundation of all standing poses, Mountain Pose makes a great starting position, resting pose, or tool to improve posture.

02 Bhujangasana – Bhujangasana comes from the Sanskrit words ‘bhujanga’ and ‘asana’. Bhujanga means cobra and asana means ‘posture’. Known as Cobra Pose, it reflects the posture of a cobra when it has its hood raised. The Cobra Pose is considered a great workout that can help reduce belly fat as it tones the abdomen. A good fitness plan, which includes yoga, along with a healthy diet can definitely help you flatten your tummy and achieve your weight loss.

03 Setubandhasana – Relaxes whole body with bridge pose. In sanskrit ‘Bridge’ means ‘Setu’, ‘Bandha’ means ‘Lock’ and ‘Asana’ means ‘Pose’. The poses look like the shape of the bridge, so this pose is called as bridge poses i.e. Setubandhasana. Basically, this pose is effective in relaxing the body and reducing stress. It stretches the chest, spinal cord, and neck.

01 Anulom Vilom Pranayama or Alternate Nostril Breathing Exercise or Nadi Shodhana Pranayama – This is not just a breathing exercise, but it is a noteworthy yogic technique that involves controlling of subtle ‘Pranic energies’ (or vital force or bio-energies) of our body flowing through specific channels.
