SHREDDY BLAST | DAY 2

Day 2 under my belt!
Had a lazyish day today but was well needed, my body was definitely looking a slower pace! Listen to your bodies!!

Still got the workout in and some yummy meals 😀
Also, shared a little bit about the different vitamins I take:
* Multi-vitamin for general health
* Cod liver oil for bones and joints (dem knees are sore)
* Magnesium for woman’s health and to combat tiredness and fatigue
* Tumeric for gut/digestive health
