Ingredients:
1 Yellow Bell Pepper chopped
1 Cucumber peeled and sliced in quarters
8-10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
1 bunch of fresh dill finely chopped
1/4 Red onion – sliced and chopped
2 ripe avocados – cubed
1 lemon – juiced
Salt and pepper (optional)
MIX and serve chilled
