1. What kind of pulmonary damage does it cause to affect 02 diffusion exchange problems?

12. Anyone arriving at the hospital or clinic with gloves or facemask are asked to take of their gloves and mask and take a fresh one if needed in order to prevent infection to come in. Is that helpful in preventing the spread?

17. On the use of plasma from recovered pts for passive immunity, what I understand from literature that it is for the short time as compared to natural immunity which is for long term. What if the patients exposed to passive immunity do not develop long term immunity against the virus and later become the pool of susceptibles and cases once the pandemic is well over?
18. How’s is his experience with Remdesivir ? does he got patients enrolled as compassionate use is no more allowed.
i can comment on that questions as well regarding mask in ORs use PAPR , as length of contact in directly proportional to higher exposure . Especially in surgeons working in ENT and airway . A paper from stanford highlighted importance
19. comment on hi flow nasal cannula…recommended if in Negative pressure room if possible
The biggest challenge are PUI patients…under investigation patient with baseline hypercarbia…that is a tough one to intubate early. Any comments from other pulmonologist?
19. tocilizumab we have tried in 3 of our patients
France: The BCG was mandatory for school children between 1950 and 2007, and for healthcare professionals between 1947 and 2010. Vaccination is still available for French healthcare professionals and social workers but is now decided on a case by case basis. And France is one of the worst effective nation.
20. What is the role of ACE2 inhibitors .. is it correct that ACE 2 inhibitors are effective to counter COVID 19 ??
