Garlic Ginger Tonic immune boosting drink with garlic, ginger, onions and apple cider vinegar.

It is time to adapt healthy eating habits that improve your overall health which will result in an immune boosted system thereby preventing Coronavirus COVID-19.

Recipe:
1 inch ginger
1/2 yellow onion
5 bulbs of garlic
1 lemon juiced
Blend well and add apple cider vinegar to make total quantity 350ml

GARLIC BENEFITS
Whole garlic contains a compound called allicin, which contains high amounts of sulfur compounds.
These compounds have been shown to boost the disease-fighting response of some types of white blood cells in the body when they encounter viruses, such as the viruses that cause the common cold or flu.

🍏 APPLE CIDER VINEGAR BENEFITS
as it is fermented, it contains beneficial bacteria and pre-biotics that can have a positive impact on immune health. Secondly, it has antibacterial properties that can fight off the pathogens wreaking havoc in your body.
Research has shown apple cider vinegar to have antimicrobial activity against some nasty bugs such as E-coli, staphylococcus aureus and candida albicans

🍋GINGER
is particularly helpful in easing breathing and soothing a dry or asthmatic cough. Its anti-inflammatory properties work on the inflamed airways helping breathing.

and scallions) onions are anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial.

LEMONS
are high in vitamin C, a natural antioxidant which enhances the immune system and has antiviral and antibacterial properties
