My girlfriend makes me takes these. She’s very “woke” and a vegan…so I don’t argue it. Like all vitamins, they taste funky so I swallow quickly and with a chaser. No complaints.
You get what you pay for a quality product from a quality brand. With the flooded vitamin market you don’t know what you are putting in your body on a daily basis. I would strongly recommend this product as it is a whole food organic multi vitamin.
For me the cheapest place($35.00 final price ,including tax & shipping) to find this product was on amazon.
Other places I look the price was around $65.00 -$73.00, of course it has an extra 6 tablets inside which I didn’t consider to be a great deal.
Overall I enjoy taking these multi vitamins, I was new to them a couple weeks ago & didn’t feel a slight thing but now I feel a improvement.
