I love these little gummy’s they don’t keep me asleep but they do help me fall asleep
I can only take one because any more than that makes me sick, but it does the trick. I have been sleeping better since I started taking them.
These cost a little more but worth the price. Better nights sleep

My issue has been falling asleep, not so much staying asleep. I was highly skeptical, but 2 of these have me nodding off in about 30-40 min. No “hangover” and no withdrawal issues when I don’t take them on weekends, vacation, etc.
