BOOST YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM (FIGHT COVID-19)

I do this to myself all of this steps. I just sharing based on my experience when I have cough and cold even without.I did this my daily routine to maintain a good health condition.
You can prove it to yourself when you do that.

Step1: Pagkagising gargle warm malunggay tea with salt.

Step2: Before Breakfast Meal
Drink 2 glasses of warm malunggay tea.

Step3:Before Lunch Meal
Drink 2 glasses of warm malunggay tea.

Step4:Before Dinner Meal
Drink 2 glasses of warm malunggay tea.

Step5:Before you sleep at night
Drink 2 glasses of warm malunggay tea.

Daily routine. Do it everyday.

Then in every Sunday drink carrot juice with ginger and honey for morning. By afternoon drink lemon juice with honey.
