about murungai keerai
1. murungai keerai contains vitamin A, vitamin B1, vitamin B2 , calcium, potassium and iron.
2. it has the ability to increase immunity power in our body.
3. murungai keerai prevent stomach ulcer, fever, mouth ulcer, eye diseases, and also asthma.
4. it is rich in iron so it is highly suggested for anemia patients.
RECIPE:
1. Tomato – 2 (small)
2. Small Onion – 2 to 3
3. Garlic cloves- 8 to 10
4. Ginger or Ginger paste – 1 spoon
5. Turmeric powder – 1 TBSP
6. Fennel Seeds – 1 TBSP
7. CUMIN SEEDS- 1 TBSP
8. Pepper – 1 tbsp
9. Muringai Keerai – 1/2 Cup
10. Murungai Keerai veru – 1’2 cup
11. Rock Salt- For a taste
12. Ghee – 1 tbsp (optional)
13. Coriander leaves

Method:
Step 1: Put all the ingredients in the pressure cooker and add 2 mug of water and let the whistle blow 3 Times

Step 2: After cooker cools down, filter the extract and serve it.

This video shows the quantity of serving 4 People.

it is advisable to take this soup twice a week.
