In today’s video we will discuss about immune system. How to boost immune system? I will tell you about seven herbaceous plants which not only make our immune system stronger but also fight against different viruses just like Covid-19.

Dr. Azmat Majeed Nutritionist say that in west, medicines which are being used for covid-19 are not made on the principle of by weaken the virus. They are making medicines by analyzing the effects of virus on the body. They can control virus effects but cannot kill the virus by these medicines. They said that there are many viruses in human body and to control them there is defense system in our body. To make stronger immune system natural and balance diet must be used.

No: 01 Garlic

Every morning take on piece of garlic and cut them into small pieces. By cutting them into small pieces, these pieces make sulphar compound by the help of the air. Eat these pieces with water. Use this method until you felt smell of garlic in your body. If you used yogurt with garlic then your immune system can be stronger.

No: 02 Ginger Tea

In Madrid, every year a conference is arranged about new research of garlic, ginger and olives. According to these studies ginger is strong anti-viral agent and also make immune system strong. 63 nutrients was discovered in ginger, which all make immune system stronger.
