Corona virus has travelled a very long way hitting the entire world. Our Indian Government has been super-responsive by imposing lockdowns to check the spread of this deadly virus. The government, post multiple lockdown extensions has relaxed the rules, permitting people to get back to regular routines. But the corona infected cases have not gone down, but have exponentially risen.
Here is where the issue lies
The lockdown mission which began with the intention of ‘Expelling corona’ or ‘Cutting the chain of spread’ has changed to ‘Learn to co-exist with Corona’. This means that no human efforts have really been effective in controlling the transmission. You are solely at the mercy of your immune system to survive the virus.
WHAT NEXT?
Smartika Home Essentials has come up with two simple challenges that will help build immunity to save you & your loved ones from the onslaught of this deadly Virus.
TASK 1: PRANAYAMA
Respiratory issue is the major consequence of Corona attack. Adding strength to your lungs can create a huge difference. Spare at least 10-15 minutes a day to indulge in a simple breathe-in breathe-out exercise.
TASK 2: KABASURA KUDINEER
Indian herbs are known to have great effects on your immunity. Consume a mild dose of KABASURA KUDINEER with luke warm water. It is sure to add some vigour to your immune system.
