AMIDST THE COVID 19, cycling ,jogging, walking are still allowed as long as its in small groups. we cant be stuck at home all day everyday.
gotta stay active, get that vitamin C to strengthen your immune system.
just avoid crowded places, go ride in small groups.
go to the woods, forrest, top of the mountains, breath fresh air.
get a mountain bike and go explore.
