As we all know that the recent novel Chinese virus is causing a lot of problem all over the globe. There is currently no vaccine available for this disease. We would like to recommend you guys to stay at home and this is the only way to break this chain.

The recent studies regarding the COVID-19 showed that a lot of people recovered because of their stong immunity. So in this current scenario, we can protect ourselves by building a strong immunity.

In order to build strong immunity, we need to change our lifestyle by adding physical exercises ( yoga, aerobics, strength and endurance workout, cardio) and eating clean food which are having Rich nutrients and anti-oxidants.

KEEP YOURSELF HYDRATED

Everybody knows that its very important to stay hydrated but nobody follows this thing.
In current situation, id like to recommend you guys to take warm water. It’s also written in ayurveda to take warm water and it is having a lot of benefits.

ANTI-OXIDANTS

Try not to eat junk food for few weeks or months. Eat food that are rich in anti oxidants while give give a support to your immunity.

Several foods rich in anti oxidants are:-
