This has a good mix of vitamins and minerals making it a good multivitamin. It helps me feel more energized and more clear headed. The pills are reasonably sized and easy to swallow. It would be nice if they had an allergen statement to know if they were processed in a facility with wheat or if they contain any allergens. Overall good value and decent product.
