Vegetable Fried Egg For Weight Watchers

Hello everyone welcome back to my YouTube channel Cecelia O’s World.  In today’s video I will be sharing with us how to make a “Vegetable Fried Egg “.

This Fried Egg was made with vegetables and the following ingredients were used:  Green Peas, Avocado, Spinach, Spring Onions, Eggs, Mackerel, Seasoning and Vegetable Oil.

The Nutritional Benefits and Facts:

1). Green peas: Good source of Iron. Loaded with vitamins and minerals to support body metabolism. Rich in Iron, Phosphorus and vitamin A,B,C and Manganese.  

2). Avocado: loaded with monounsaturated fatty acids (good for healthy heart), Vitamins,Nutrients, Minerals and Antioxidants. Reduces inflammation, blood sugar, cholesterol, supports nerve systems, good for weight loss and prevents heart disease.

3). Spinach: an excellent source of vitamin K, carotenoids, Iron, Manganese, Folate, Vitamin B6, vitamin E and C. Perfect for aiding digestion and regulating body metabolism. 

4). Spring Onions: Spring onions are a good source of vitamin C and calcium. It’s a very good source of dietary fibre and vitamins A and B6, thiamine, folate and minerals (potassium, copper, chromium, manganese, iron).

5).Mackerel Fish: Good source of protein, loaded with minerals and nutrients beneficial for body growth.

6). Egg: Good source of protein, rich sources of selenium, vitamin A, D, E, K B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. 

This recipe is good for all ages and especially for weight watchers. The vegetable fried egg is loaded with lots of nutritional benefits.
