Welcome to YogaPariwar!!

Today we are doing one pranayama Bhramari Pranayama.

Bhramari pranayama is breathing through the nose, closing the eyes and ears with the fingers and making a smooth humming sound like a bee buzzing.

Posture:
Sit in any comfortable position and keep the back erect.
You can also sit in any asana like Vajrasana, Padmasana, Siddhasana or Sukhasana.

Close the ears with respective thumbs.
Close your eyes with the middle and ring fingers.
Index and little fingers are just above and below the eyes respectively.
The mouth should be closed.

Let’s start:

Inhale deeply through the nostrils and then exhale slowly with a soft melodious humming sound like the murmuring of bees.
This is one cycle repeat the cycle.

Benefits of Bhramari pranayama:

1) Strengthens the vocal cord & makes the voice sweet, melodious and powerful.

2)Increases the concentration power.

3) Beneficial in curing throat diseases, insomnia or sleeplessness, mental tension, high BP and heart diseases.

Moreover, it makes our immune system to work harmoniously and effectively.

Closing:
Keep on practising this pranayama at least for 5 times every day.
