For those of you new to the channel, my name is Hong Nguyen, i’m a 41 year old brown belt Judoka and blue belt in BJJ. 6 years of BJJ before transitioning to Judo at the age of 36, a life long martial artist. I’m also a certified personal trainer that specializes in helping men over 40 who are martial artists and athletes to get leaner and stronger, and manage their injuries so they can keep practicing at a high level in their martial art or sport.
