Recipes for this meal. ( For 1 serve meal) Multiple if serving for more people.

Okra: 1 gram
Fluted pumpkin leaves: 1 handful
Catfish: 1 medium size
Prawns: 1/2 cup
Scorch bonnets. 1 teaspoon
Bell Pepper: 1 Teaspoon
Tomatoes Paste: 2 table spoons
Blended Crayfish: 1 Teaspoon
Salt. 1/2 Teaspoon (and a pinch for fish seasoning)
Purple Onion: 1/2 bulb
Water: 1 & 1/2 cup

For healthy preparation; ( To reserve 80-90%of the recipes nutrients)

-Properly watch the catfish, remove all the intestine. Put in your cooking port or pan, add half cup of water and a pinch of salt and cook for 1 minutes. Then, add 2 table spoons of Tomatoes paste and stir. After 30secs, add more 1/2 cup of water, wash and add the Prawns and stir. After 30secs. Add the tiny sliced onion, scorched bonnets, bell pepper, stir properly and add your washed and sliced okra and also stir. After 1 minute turn of the heat and add the washed and sliced fluted pumpkin leaves stir properly and serve.

Swallow: The swallow I used was made from unripe plantain Flour. You can eat it alone or along with other meals to feel full.
