Ingredients:

Ginger big size ( if you want you can add more )
Hill garlic slots 7 ( you can use normal garlic also )
Tamarind ( 1 amla size )
Pepper ( 1 tsp )
Jeera ( 1 tsp )
Hing ( small pinch )
Mustard & Fennel ( for seasoning )
Curry leaves
Gingelly oil
