With the large variety of vitamins and supplements that maxi health provide, Im always finding the exact item I need from the top brand (i.e.
when dont need iron they have one without iron so I wont get stomach ache, now that I do need iron I took this one no side effects at all…)
Good balance of nutrients in one capsule however, is very very large to swallow.
