How to Boost Immunity ? | With The Help of Diet, Yoga and Workout | HOW TO BOOST IMMUNITY NATURAL

SHOULD YOU BE TAKING A VITAMIN :
I’m seeing so many online advertisements right now from companies trying to promote the sale of their supplements which claim to boost your immune system and loads more.

I just want to confirm to you that these vitamin supplements claiming to boost your immune system are warping the truth. There is no evidence that they do this, there is no evidence that these supplements such as Vitamin C, Zinc or any other supplement can protect or prevent you from COVID-19 no evidence whatsoever.

HOW MUCH SLEEP SHOULD YOU GET:
If you are an adult try to aim for between 7 to 8 hours consistently every night.
REGULAR EXERCISE:
You need to be doing regular moderate intensity exercise aiming for a 150 minutes per week. And I know it can be a little tricky right now because the guidance is for everyone to stay at home.

But this does not mean stop exercising there’s loads of things you can do at home to help maintain a healthy immune system. I actually made a video a few weeks ago on losing weight and home exercises

HEALTHY BALANCED DIET:
A healthy is important in maintaining a healthy immune system.
A balanced diet is one that gives your body the nutrients it needs to function correctly. To get the proper nutrition from your diet, you should consume the majority of your daily calories in:

fresh fruits
fresh vegetables
whole grains
legumes
nuts
lean proteins

STRESS LESS:
There’s lots of research showing that stress can dampen our immune system so we really need to try and stress less. Social distancing doesn’t help either because when were alone and isolated we do tend to experience higher stress levels.

STOP SMOKING AND ALCOHOL LIMITS:
To maintain a healthy immune system you need to quit smoking if you smoke and if you drink alcohol make sure your within the recommended limit.
