Butterscotch Sauce
In a pot, slowly simmer….
250gm brown sugar
200ml pouring cream
50gm butter
Squeeze if vanilla
Once bubbly and you can see sugar has melted, pour into a jug to serve.
Vanilla Icecream
500ml pouring cream
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
Squeeze of vanilla
Whip cream and vanilla until just before soft peak, add the SCM and freeze.
