Medical researchers and biotech companies are gearing up for a trial that could help COVID-19 patients fight off the virus using someone else’s antibodies. Alongside the race to develop a vaccine to prevent people contracting the virus in the first place, scientists are also working on ways to boost patients’ immune systems to speed recovery.
