Learn how to make Immunity Drink
A pinch of cooking/fresh turmeric (has powerful natural medicinal properties)
– 6 cloves (High in antioxidants)
– ½ inch cinnamon stick (helps your body fight infections and repair tissue damage)
– ½ tsp fresh peppercorns (high anti-inflammatory properties)
– ¼ tsp cumin seeds (rich source of iron, reduce damage to your body from free radicals)
– ½ tsp coriander seeds (have numerous key vitamins like folic acid, vitamin A and beta-carotene, and most importantly, vitamin C)
– A small piece of fresh ginger (Contains Gingerol, a Substance with Powerful Medicinal Properties)
– 6 cardamom pods or ¼ tsp cardamom powder (Antioxidants, found in abundance in cardamom, protect cells from damage and stop inflammation from occurring)
– ½ tsp honey after the drink has been taken off the stove top and cooled at room temperature for 3 to 5 minutes (Rich in Antioxidants and adds taste (optional))
– Water
